| 摘 要： | 针对水利工程老化程度确定的复杂性和其自身因素的模糊性等特点，从适应不同管理要求出发，建立了模糊聚类分析和改进的ＡＨＰ分析两种可靠性强、易于操作的分析模型。并通过具体实例进行应用说明，从而为水利工程管理提供决策性依据。
