推动科技融合发展 齐力构建创新型国家——20年来澳门与内地科技合作的回顾与建议

 澳门回归20年来,与内地科技合作经历了自发性、政策性到全面性合作阶段,形成日益紧密的合作关系,为两地繁荣发展提供了重要动力。回顾了澳门回归20年来两地科技合作的特点,总结了深度合作的挑战,提出了发展两地科技合作的建议：积极做好“一带一路”的“精准联系人”角色;融入粤港澳大湾区科创中心大局;发挥“财政盈余”优势,优化科创设施环境;优化“中葡平台”转型升级,促进国际科技转移;鼓励澳门青年走出“舒适区”,北上创业。由此促进两地科技融合发展,齐力构建创新型国家。

The 20th annirersary of the return: Retrospect and prospect of science and technology cooperation between Macao and Mainland

Since the return to China of Macao, the scientific and technological cooperation between Macao and the Mainland has gone through the stages of the spontaneous cooperation, policy, and the comprehensive cooperation, forming an increasingly close cooperative relationship, which has provided an important driving force for their respective prosperity and development. This paper reviews the characteristics of the two sides' scientific and technological cooperation and the challenges of in-depth cooperation in the 20th anniversary of the return of Macau. Some forward-looking suggestions are made on scientific and technological cooperation between the two places, such as integrating into the overall entity of the Guangdong-Hong KongMacao Greater Bay Area Science and Technology Innovation Center, optimizing the environment of scientific and technological innovation, facilitating the leverage of the advantages of the "China-Portugal Platform" to accelerate the international transfer of scientific and technological achievements, encouraging Macao youth to start business in the North to promote the development of the integration of science and technology between the two places for working together to build an innovative country.
