石化罐区典型火灾事故仿真模拟与分析

摘    要:石化罐区火灾事故影响范围广、危害性大,若不能得到及时有效的控制,将造成严重的人员伤亡、环境污染以及财产损失。对罐区火灾事故进行仿真模拟能够实时掌握事故的演变趋势,可作为制定应急处置方案的依据。提出一种罐区火灾事故模拟仿真方法,以某三苯罐区的事故案例为仿真对象,依托仿真平台对事故过程进行仿真建模,重现了事故发生全过程的动态数据变化情况。最后讨论了在不同工况下事故可能的发展过程。针对事故的分析结果可以为安全生产和应急管理提供指导。

Abstract:Fire accidents in tank farms of petrochemical plants can have widespread influence and critical hazards. If the accidents cannot be contained efficiently in time, they might lead to severe casualties, environmental pollution and capital losses. The simulation of fire accidents in tank farms can provide information about the evolution of incidents, which can form a basis to compile emergency response plans. In this paper, a method for simulation of fire accidents in tank farms is proposed. A tank farm accident case is taken as the simulation object, and the simulation model of the accident process is carried out based on a simulation platform to reproduce the dynamic data over the whole process of the accident. Finally, the possible development of accidents under different working conditions is discussed. This analysis of accidents can provide suggestions for safe production and emergency management.
