| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查等方法,立足于对长距离耐力性项目研究,力求探讨、总结、提炼长距离耐力性项目的项目特点、训练特征,从而为长距离耐力性项目的训练提供参考,并提出了提高我国耐力性项目整体实力的建议。

| Abstract: | In this article the author use the methods of literature,expert interview,and questionnaire,tries to find we conclude the long-distance endurance events project characteristic,training characteristics,by the study of the long endurance events,thus provide reference for long endurance events.And offer a proposal of putting forward to improve the overall strength of endurance events in our country. |
