| 摘 要： | 目的:通过对2010年我国山地户外运动项目国家队在阿布扎比国际探险挑战赛中影响其运动成绩的多因素分析,从而提出进一步促进我国山地户外运动成绩和竞技水平的现实与理论依据;研究对象:以2010年我国山地户外运动项目国家队运动成绩以及参赛的前六名队伍的运动成绩为研究对象;方法:运用专家访谈法、文献资料法、数理统计法等,对2010年阿布扎比国际探险挑战赛中中国山地户外运动队及参赛的前六名运动队的运动成绩进行分析研究;结果:我国山地户外运动队徒步类项目和自行车类项目与世界顶级山地户外运动队差距较大;结论:虽然近年来我国山地户外运动项目成绩得到了大幅提高,但是在徒步类项目和自行车类项目上差距较大,因此对我国山地户外运动在徒步类项目和自行车类项目上,应重点加强训练。
