| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、调查、访谈、比较分析等方法,在对学校和社区体育资源情况进行调查的基础上,对高校体育资源服务社区体育发展的硬件设施、人才优势、组织管理等方面的优势进行了分析,并针对目前社区体育发展现状,提出整合高校体育资源,构建"优势互补,资源共享"模式,为全民健身计划的具体实施提供参考。
