固化工艺对纤维缠绕炭纤维增强复合材料力学性能的影响

摘    要:以NOL环试样的拉伸强度作为考察指标,通过对T700/E-51复合材料的固化制度进行正交试验设计,研究了固化工艺对纤维缠绕炭纤维增强复合材料力学性能的影响。对试验结果进行了极差分析和方差分析,结果表明,通过正交试验设计方法研究固化工艺对复合材料性能的影响,可以大大减少试验次数;后固化温度下的保温时间对试件力学性能影响最大;目前采用的固化制度不是最优组合,需要进一步寻求最优组合。

Abstract:The influence of curing technology on mechanical properties of fiber-wound and carbon reinforced composite is studied by orthogonal test design for curing process of T700/E-51 composites with tensile strength of NOL rings as investigation index.The result of the test is dealt with the range analysis and variance analysis,which indicate that test number can be deduced greatly by orthogonal test design,the thermal insulation time under post-cure temperature affects mechanical properties most,the current curin...
