两种捡膜齿滚筒结构对工作性能影响的对比分析

比较了伸缩扒杆滚筒和弧型捡膜齿滚筒的结构特点以及在捡膜齿捡膜时的受力情况。伸缩扒杆滚筒由于结构本身的问题导致工作部件受力较大；弧型捡膜齿滚筒结构相对比较合理，工作部件受力较小。应用结果表明：伸缩扒杆滚筒工作时工作部件磨损严重，故障率高，捡拾性能差；而弧型捡膜滚筒工作时工作部件磨损不严重，故障率低，捡膜能力强。

Comparative Analysis of Working Capacity Effect on Structure of Two Kinds of Platen for Collecting Plastic Film Residue

Structure characteristic and force analysis of roller of retractable finger and arc spring-tooth are compared while they are collecting plastic film residue.Owing to structure matter of roller of retractable finger,forces of working parts aren't bigger;the structure of the platen of arc spring-tooth type is relatively better and reasonable,forces of them are smaller.Results indicate that wear and tear of working parts is serious in the roller of retractable finger,and the malfunction rate is high,and the capacity of collecting plastic film residue is poor.But wear and tear of them isn't serious in the roller of arc spring tooth,and the malfunction rate is low,and the capacity of collecting plastic film residue is strong.
