宫腔镜对绝经后出血妇女的诊治价值

目的：探讨宫腔镜对绝经后出血妇女的诊治意义；方法：通过80例绝经后出血妇女应用宫腔镜检查并结合病理学作出病因诊断，进行相应治疗；结果：80例患者中子宫内膜息肉12例（15％），增殖期宫内膜及分泌期宫内膜分别为20例（25％）和12例（15％），腺瘤样增生2例（2．5％）及不典型增生1例（1．25％），子宫内膜炎14例（17．5％），宫颈管炎及宫颈内膜息肉共15例（18．75％），节育环嵌顿2例（2．5％），子宫内膜癌2例（2．5％）；结论：宫腔镜检查在绝经后出血的妇女诊治中有重要价值。

Diagnosis and Treatment Value of Hysteroscope for Bleeding of Postmenopausal Women

Objective： To discuss the significance of diagnosis and treatment for bleeding of postmenopnusal women by hysteroscope; Approach： 80 cases of bleeding in postmenopausal women were diagnosed by hysteroscope combined with pathology and cured appropriately; Results： In the 80 patients, 12 cases （15%） suffer from polyp of endometrium, 20 cases （25 percent） suffer from the proliferation endometrium, and 12 cases （15%） suffer from secretory phase of endometrium, two cases （2.5 percent） suffer from adenomatous hyperplasia and I case （1.25%） non-typical hyperplasia, 14 cases （17.5%） suffer from endometritis and 15 cases （18.75%） from inflammation of the cervix and cervical endometrial polyps, two cases （2. 5%） from birth controlling ring incarcerated, two cases （2.5%） from endometrial cancer;, Conclusion： Diagnosing by hysteroscope is waluable for bleeding of postmenopausal women.
