| 摘 要： | 企业财务风险管理的目标在于了解风险的来源和特征，正确预测、衡量财务风险，进行适当的控制和防范，健全风险管理机制，将损失降至最低程度，为企业创造最大的收益。因此，对财务风险成因及其防范进行研究，以期降低风险、提高效益，意义非常重要。
