| 摘 要： | 针对中压配电网的特点,建立了中压配电网综合评价体系,该体系由供电可靠性评估、电能质量评估、充裕性评估、适应性评估和经济性评估五部分构成.利用该体系可对中压配电网的现状及其规划方案的技术性和经济性进行全面考核与评价.给出了具体的评价指标及介绍了基于熵权的综合评估方法在中压配电网评价中的应用.算例证明了该体系的实用性和可行性.
