固相微萃取的原理及应用

摘    要:固相微萃取(solid phase micro-extraction, SPME)技术是一种新型样品前处理方法, 由于该方法具有操作简单快速、灵敏度高等优点, 越来越受到人们的广泛关注. 综述固相微萃取的发展、原理, 介绍了该技术在环境、食品及医药领域的应用, 阐述了固相微萃取的发展趋势及应用前景.

Abstract:As a new sample pretreatment method, the solid phase micro-extraction (SPME) technique is attracting more attention because of its quick and simple operation and high sensitivity. This article summarizes the principle of SPME and its development. Applications of the technology in the environment, food and pharmaceutical are introduced. The trend of development and the application prospects are discussed.
