黔产金银花提取物抑菌作用的初步研究

摘    要:研究黔产金银花醇提物和水提物对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌活性,结果表明,黔产金银花醇提物和水提物对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌均有一定的抑菌作用,其中,醇提物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的最低抑菌浓度分别为250mg/mL、250mg/mL,水提物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的最低抑菌浓度分别为62.5mg/mL、125mg/mL。

Abstract:The research is about the antibacterial activity of honeysuckle ethanol extract and water extract on Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. The results show that honeysuckle alcohol extract and water extract produced in Guizhou have a certain inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coll. The minimum inhibitory concentrations of alcohol extract on Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli are 250mg/ml and 250mg/ml and the minimum inhibitory concentrations of water extract on Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli are 62.5mg/ml and 125mg/ml.
