加强高师学生心理健康教育塑造未来教师健康人格

我国教师心理健康状况令人担忧,产生心理障碍的一个重要原因就是在教师的职前教育中,即高师阶段,对他们的心理健康教育强化不够,没有培养和形成他们的心理健康自我调适能力。高师学生的心理健康问题不仅影响到高师学生的在校学习、生活,而且还将影响我国中小学教师队伍的心理健康素质,并且直接影响对中小学生的教育教学效果、中小学生的心理健康,甚至影响中小学生的生存和发展。因此,必须强化对他们的心理健康教育。
