摘    要:对输油管扩园的扩径机锥体进行了工艺设计可行性研究,借用C630车床装夹分度,由普通镗铣床加工使其达到相应的加工精度要求,实践证明,该工艺具有一定的参考价值.

Abstract:Many pipes are produced by bending the steel sheet into circular pipe and then join-ting the slot. However,these pipes are not that round. Hence,the pipes need to be made round by applying the diameter-enlarging machine. The cone is one of the most important parts of the di-ameter-enlarging machine and is also the part which is most difficult to process. Carries out research on the technology by applying C630 lathe to nip and divide and using the milling machine to process the cone,which may meet the need of the precision. In practice,it proves that the technology is of reference value.
