博弈论在夜间建筑施工噪声控制中的应用

针对建筑工地的夜间施工噪声问题，建立了管理者与被管理者之间的监督博弈模型，并用博弈论分析了管理者与被管理者在检查中的行为特点及其关系，讨论了现有的控制方法。在此基础上确定了管理者对被管理者的监管力度，得出了监管力度和惩罚尺度与检查概率和夜间施工概率的关系。通过讨论认为对小的施工单位的检查力度要加大．对违规单位的处罚力度要大。并应将部分罚款作为环境监管部门的奖金和补助。

Application of game theory in night construction noise control

In view of the noise problem caused by work at night on construction site,a supervisory game model about behaviors of environmental supervisors and noise producers is established in this paper.By game theory behaviors features and relation between environmental managers and noise producers are analyzed,the existing controlling method is discussed.On the basis of this,the supervision strength of environmental supervisors to construction noise producers is determined.The relations of the probability of inspection and probability of construction work at night with the control strength and punish strength of the environmental managers to the noise producers is obtained.It is recognized by discussion that supervision strength to smaller construction units should be increased,punishment degree for the units of breaking the rules should be large,and the part of fine should be taken as money award and subsidy of supervisors.
