影响我国旅游业发展的制度因素研究

旅游业作为一个综合性经济部门,影响其发展的因素是多种多样的.周末和黄金周并不能给人们以充分的闲暇时间去进行旅游消费,解决的途径在于带薪假期的全面落实;影响人们不能将可自由支配收入用于满足旅游需求、进行旅游消费的因素包括劳动就业、住房、教育、金融信用和结算体系等.要从制度上建立灾难预防与处理机制,保证人们有足够的外出旅游的信心.消除这些影响因素需要进一步推进改革,这必须政府政策的有力推动.

A research on the system factors influencing China's tourism development

As a comprehensive economical department, China's tourism's further development are affected by many factors.The leisure time of weekend and "golden week" can not meet people's travelling need.The solution for this problem is to offer people holidays with full pays overall;the factors that prevent people from spending disposable income on tourism are systems of labour and employment,housing,education,credit and accounts settlement etc. At the same time,it is necessary to establish the catastrophe prevention and handling system. To clear up the effects of these factors,the government should carry out further reformation and strong push from government policy.
