煤粉粒径对微波脱硫过程的影响

摘    要:采用穆斯堡尔谱学方法分析不同粒径的煤粉在微波辐照下各煤样中黄铁矿向磁黄铁矿转变的效果,结果表明颗粒粒径越小,在微波照射下黄铁矿向磁黄铁矿转化的程度就越高,粒径最小的煤样黄铁矿几乎完全转化,煤样中黄铁矿向磁黄铁矿的高转经率为利用强磁场脱硫提供了前期条件。

Abstract:The effect of coal desulfurization by microwave radiation on the pulverized coal sample of different particle sizes with Mossbauer Spectroscopy is presented. The result indicates that the smaller the size of the particle is, the greater the transformation of pyrite to pyrrhotite will be. The better effect will be the of the desulfurization. The complete transformation of pyrite to pyrrhotites occurs in the sample with the smallest particle size and the rate of thermal desulfurization reactivity is very high.
