| 摘 要： | 从生态住宅小区的内涵、人类的可持续发展,以及国家和湖南的实际情况出发,论述了湖南生态住宅小区的意义.通过介绍湖南生态住宅小区发展的现状,指出了湖南生态住宅小区发展中存在的一些问题.此外,为促进湖南生态住宅小区的健康、快速地发展,探讨了湖南生态住宅小区规划设计的原则和方法;同时,提出了解决的办法和措施,并展望了其发展的前景. |
