钨酚醛树脂的固化反应与热稳定性研究

摘    要:用DSC方法研究了烧蚀材料钨酚醛树脂的固化反应及其动力学,用TG方法研究了固化产物的热稳定性,结果表明,随着钨含量增加,钨酚醛树脂固化温度略有增高;等速升温固化反应的表观活化能高于等温固化表观活化能。结果又表明,随着钨含量增加,钨醛树脂的固化产物在N2中的百分失重逐渐减小,热稳定性逐渐提高,耐烧蚀性能逐渐提高,最后,用红外光谱法阐明了固化机理。

Abstract:The curing reaction and dynamics of ablative material-tungsten phenolic resin were studied by DSC. In the meantime, the thermal stability of its curing products was investigated by TG. The results show that, the curing temperature of tungsten phenolic resin increases slightly with the increasing of tungsten content. The apparent activation energy of the prograsive raising the temperature of curing reaction by constant rate is larger than that of the isothermal curing reaction. The results also show that, the mass losses percent of the tungsten phenolic resin's product in N2 gradually declines with the increasing of tungsten content and its thermal stability gradually increases. so it has a sufficient ablative-resistance. Finally, the curing mechanism was expounded by means of IR.
