摘    要:为研究结构钢断裂机理及抗断设防,对10个结构钢开孔管试件进行断裂试验,较为精确的记录了试验全程载荷—位移曲线.试验表明:裂纹起始于受三轴强约束的开孔长轴厚度中央处,随后沿厚度方向扩展,裂纹贯通后迅速沿管壁发展,宏观裂纹大致垂直于载荷方向,塑性变形只发生在开孔处很小的范围内,断口有明显的颈缩现象,且有大量韧窝出现.其断裂形式为正断与剪断混合型,显示了断裂的定性规律.从整体上看,试验数据离散性较小,为研究结构钢断裂机理及抗断理论提供了可靠的试验依据.

Abstract:To study the rupture mechanism and fracture design of the structural steel,rupture tests were done on 10 pipes with holes.Load-displacement curves of pipes with holes were recorded accurately.The results indicated that the first crack initiated at the center of notched section had strong stress triaxiality and expanded towards two sides along the thickness of the plates.The crack was vertical to the direction of load and fractured quickly.Plastic deformation occurred only with in a small region of the pipe....
