FRP夹层板固有频率分析

摘    要:为了提高特种航空集装箱的运输效率,减轻劳动强度,进行集装箱箱板的改进研究,由原来的铝合金板改为FRP夹层板,并对其进行固有频率分析.借助波纹型夹心正交各向异性夹层板的控制方程组化为仅包含一个位移函数的方法,得到Z字型加强筋夹层板在四边简支条件下自由振动的固有频率.并结合实际运用有限元方法对复合材料集装箱底板进行模态分析,得到集装箱底板在其实际边界条件下的固有频率及其固有模态,提供了集装箱夹层板的设计依据.从分析结果可以看出,复合材料夹层结构的固有频率相对原均质结构固有频率有所提高,在集装箱运输及作业过程中发生共振的可能性相对降低,因此夹层结构与原结构相比具有更好的动态性能.

Abstract:In order to improve the efficiency of special aviation container transportation and alleviate laboring intensity,investigation was conducted for improving container boards so,that original aluminium-alloy plates were changed into FRP sandwich boards.At the same time,their eigenfrequency was analyzed.Applying a simple approach to reduce the governing equations for corrugated-core sandwich boards to a simple equation containing only a displacement function,the exact solution of the natural frequencies was obtained for Z-core sandwich boards with all edges simply-supported.Applying finite element approach,the mode analysis was performed for the bottom-board of composite containers,so that the natural frequencies and natural mode were obtained bases on the actual conditions of container bottom-board,offering a basis of sandwich-board design.It could be found from the analysis result that the eigenfrequency of FRP sandwich structure was higher than that of original homogeneous structure,so that the possibility of resonance would be excluded from the containers during the process of transportation and loading or unloading.
