| 摘 要： | 本文探讨分析某三甲医院实施日间手术模式所取得的成效。通过比较4种有代表性的日间手术在日间手术实施前后平均住院天数、均次费用、均次药费和均次药费比的变化情况,发现实施日间手术对该院降低住院天数、减少医疗费用、提高服务效率、调整收入结构等方面具有显著的成效。

| Abstract: | This article discusses and analyses the effectiveness on implementing day surgery in the top three hospital. The average length of stay, average discharge expenditure, average drug expense and drug expense rate of 4 typical daytime operations between day surgery and non-day surgery are compared. It is shows that day surgery has an effective meaning in decreasing the average length of stay, reducing the medical costs, improving the service efficiency and adjusting the income structure in the hospital. |
