摘    要:建立高效液相色谱法测定火锅油、辣椒油中的苏丹红的含量。样品经提取、纯化、浓缩后,采用高性能的Kinetextm色谱柱进行分析,极大地缩短了分析时间,苏丹红Ⅰ~Ⅳ在5min内达到基线分离;在0~2.5mg·L-1浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数均为1.000);加样回收率在84.2%~96.7%,相对标准偏差在1.15%~3.25%之间;苏丹红Ⅰ~Ⅳ的检出限分别为7μg·kg-1,10μg·kg-1,4μg·kg-1和3μg·kg-1。

Abstract:Objective:To establish a high--performance liquid ehmmatogTaph method for determination of Sudan I-IV in hotpot oil and chili oil. Methods :The sample was ex-tractedpurified and enrich. Use high performance Kinetextm column,greatly shortens the analysis time;The Sudan I-IV could be well separated in 5 minutes. The linear ranges of the method were 0-2.5 mg·L^-1(r=1.000)for Sudan I-IV. The recovery were 84.2%-96.7%, and the relative standard deviation(RSD)Was 1.15%-3.25% ;The determination limit of Sudan I-IV were 7·kg^-1,10·kg^-1,4μg·kg^-1 and 3·kg^-1.
