| Abstract: | The wage is an important economic relationship between the enterprise and its labors. How to give full play to the function of the wage and make it accord with the principle of the economics is the key for the enterprise to establish the modern wage management system, which possesses important function for the development and operation of the enterprise. This paper analyzes on the function of the wage, and points out several relationships needing attention in the design of the wage system. |
