薄板成形仿真动力显式算法的虚拟凸模速度分析

摘    要:研究了薄板成形动态仿真力学模型中虚拟凸模速度对计算精度和计算效率的影响,根据系统动勇与内能的比值,沙漏能与内能的经值,提出了薄板成形动态仿真研究力学建模中虚拟凸模速度的选取准则,以Numisheet’93的方形盒考题为算例,将仿真计算结果与Makinouchi的实验数据进行比较,验证了该准则的合理性,并且已将该准则用于桑塔纳2000型桥车车顶的成形动态仿真分析中。

Abstract:The effect of virtual punch velocity on the numerical precision and CPU time in sheet metal forming was investigated.According to the ratio of kinematic energy to internal energy and the ratio of hourglass energy to internal energy,a criterion of virtual punch velocity selection wasproposed.The crite- rion was applied to the benchmark simulation in Numisheet'93of the square cup deep drawing problem.It shows thatthe criterion is reliable by comparing the numerical results with the experimental data made by Makinouchi.The criterion of virtual punch velocity selection was also utilized in the forming simulation of Santana2 0 0 0 's top.
