无粘结预应力技术在圆形混凝土筒仓中的应用

摘    要:论述了无粘结预应力技术应用于大直径、大容量圆形钢筋混凝土筒仓的结构设计及施工工艺中的技术要点。工程实践证明 ,在保证钢筋混凝土构筑物耐久性、整体性、抗震性等方面该技术优于传统技术 ,特别是在防止混凝土裂缝和变形及减小仓壁厚度等方面得到良好效果

Abstract:When the prestressing without bond technique is applied to a large diameter and large volume R.C.cylindrical silo,the silo wall is prestressed to hold the circumferential tension with high strength steel.This paper gives an outline of this technique in design and construction.Engineering practice demonstrates its advantages over the traditional technique.The prestressing without bond technique makes R.C structure highly durable,integrated and aseismatic,and especially it helps to prevent the silo wall form cracking and deforming,and reduce the thickness of the silo wall.
