反应烧结锆英石质多孔陶瓷烧结机理初探

摘    要:研究了以工业氧化锆、天然石英为原料,加入少量氧化物为助剂制备锆英石质多孔陶瓷的烧结过程和烧结机理。试验结果表明,在研究所涉及 的温度范围内,该体系为气相传质,烧结过程为有气相参与的反应烧结过程,锆英石的合成反应与烧结过程交替进行。

Abstract:The sintering process and the mechanism of zircom porous ceramics prepared with industrial zirconnia,natural quartz and a small amount o dopant of fluoride have been investigated,The test results have shown that in the tempertuer range of the study,the atom diffusion of the system is completed by gas phase,and the reactive sintering process is accompanied by the existence of gas phase,The synthetic reaction of zircon amd the sintering process take place in turn.
