| 摘 要： | 近年来兴起的双－嵌入剂是一类安全、方便、高灵敏度、低背景的理想核酸探针，当使用激光激发的共焦荧光扫描仪检测时，对核酸的分析可达ｐｇ级，赶上甚至超过了放射性同位素标记物．本文对双－嵌入剂荧光核酸探针的结构、性质、应用及发展展望几方面进行了综述．

| Abstract: | Dimeric intercalation dye is a group of ideal nucleic acid probe with the advantage of safety, flexibility, high sensitivity and low background fluorescence, etc. When used with a laser excited confocal fluorescence scanner as detector, it allowed detection of DNA fragments with picogram sensitivity. This is a review of the structure, application and prospect of these dimeric intercalarion dyes. |
