| 摘 要： | 给出声子分布函数的解析表达式,并利用该表达式和Lee-Low-Pines(LLP)变分方法计算极性晶体板中极化子的基态能量,与自恰的数值结果进行比较,结果吻合。

| Abstract: | The Lee Low Pines(LLP) method was applied to study the polaron properties in a polar crystal slab with the intermediate electron optical phono coupling. By solving the differential equation derived by LLP method an exact form of the phonon distribution function was obtained. And the polaron ground state energy was calculated with it. The result agrees with the numericalz result obtained by the self consistent calculation. |
