| 摘 要： | 面对当代人对后代人，乃至整个人类的生存和人类社会文明的发展产生不利影响的现实，各国和国际社会都逐步采取了相应措施来对后代人的利益进行保护。明确后代人权利的内容，梳理国际社会保护后代人的法律机制，以期为我国通过法律制度设计来保护后代人利益提供借鉴。
