可控硅模拟演示教具的设计与制作

摘    要:在研究可控硅物理特性的基础上,利用555多谐振荡器和CD4017十进制计数器设计制作了可控硅模拟演示教具,该演示教具不仅有助于学生对可控硅基本性能的掌握,而且丰富了实验教学的内容。通过LED发光二极管其流动方向生动形象地向学生展示了元器件内部的电流流动,从而让他们更好地理解其内部的本质特性,以激发学生学习和探索的欲望,很好地辅助了教学,充分发挥了教具的作用。

Abstract:Based on the study of physical characteristics of SCR,and by utilizing 555 harmonic oscillator associated with the CD4017 decimal counter,to design and produce a SCR simulation demonstrator.Such a presentation aid could not only help the students' mastery of the basic performance of the SCR,but also enrich the contents of the experimental teaching.Trough vividly showing the direction of the current flow in electronic components by LED diodes,it helps students to better understand the nature of the related components' internal characteristics,and to inspire the students' desires to explore,as to give a great effect to the role of teaching aids.
