| 摘 要： | 在阐释民族的概念、民族精神的内涵以及民族精神的重要作用的基础上着重论述民族精神的培育基础及新的生长点。民族精神的培育要以弘扬中华民族的优良传统，克服民族的精神痼疾，保持民族自尊自信精神为基础；其新的生长点立于先进化之上，要靠各级政府部门、化工作、化传媒共同培育。

| Abstract: | Based on the discussion on the concept of nation, the connotation of national spirit, and the important functions of national spirit, the paper puts great emphasis on the cultivation foundation and the new growing point of national spirit. Promoting and developing Chinese good tradition, overcoming the obstinate disease of national spirit and keeping the national spirit of self-respect and confidence should be the basis for the cultivation of national spirit. Its new growing points which grow on the advanced culture need to be cultivated by leaders at all levels, cultural workers and cultural mass media. |
