特色专业建设中创新人才培养的探索和实践

特色专业建设是提高教学质量及培养创新人才的重要途径。通过介绍井冈山大学计算机科学与技术专业在特色专业建设中对创新人才培养及创新机制所进行的探索与实践，阐述了在培养方案中以“学科基础课＋专业方向课”为基本的人才培养模式，依据人才培养要求不断深化各项教学改革，并创造条件增强大学生动手能力，同时构建与创新人才培养相适应的教学质量保证体系。最后，针对特色专业建设中创新人才培养存在的问题提出了若干意见和建议。

Research and practice on the training of creative personnel during the construction process of characteristic specialty

It is important way for the construction of characteristic specialty to promote the educational quality and cultivate creative personnel. It introduced some researches and practices on the training of cre- ative personnel and innovating system during the construction process of characteristic specialty of computa- tional science and technology in Jinggangshan University. It elaborated the basic mode of creating personnel which consisting of essential subject courses and specialty ones included in cultivating project book, fur- therrnore, the educating innovation should be implemented according to the demands on creative personnel. It should provide available conditions to strengthen abilities of undergraduates, in addition, it also con- structed guarantee system of educational quality corresponding to the training of creative personnel. It pro- poses to solve the existing problems of the training of creative personnel during the construction process of characteristic specialty.
