| 摘 要： | 农村信息贫困是我国农村长期欠发展的结果,随着信息社会的到来,农村信息贫困开始演变成制约我国农村社会发展的重要阻力。党和政府必须高度重视农村信息贫困这一问题,切实搞好农村信息化建设,搞好信息扶贫工作。只有消除农村信息贫困,才能更好地促进我国农村跨跃武发展,最终取得社会主义新农村建设的伟大胜利。

| Abstract: | Rural information poverty i2s the result of China's rural chronic underdevelopment. But it turned to be the important restricting resistance of the development of our rural community With the ad-vanture of the information society.The Party and the government must attach great importance to the rural poor information, to carry out rural information construction effectively, fulfill the information poverty reduction. Only the elimination of rural information poverty can better promote our rural development, and eventually win a great victory in the new socialist rural construction. |
