结节性甲状腺肿与甲状腺癌的CT图像分析

目的:分析结节性甲状腺肿与甲状腺癌的CT图像特点,提高甲状腺结节诊断率。方法:回顾性分析30例结节性甲状腺肿和14例甲状腺癌的CT图像特点。结果:30例结节性甲状腺肿平扫表现为甲状腺肿大、边界清楚的低密度结节影,多发结节22例,单发结节8例,形态规则28例,不规则形2例,10例钙化,气管受压6例。14例甲状腺癌平扫形态为规则形6例,不规则形8例,边界不清12例,边界清2例,肿瘤侵犯周围器官组织10例,囊性变2例,细颗粒状钙化6例,颈部淋巴结转移6例。结论:CT扫描在诊断结节性甲状腺肿和甲状腺癌具有一定的价值。

CT Image Analysis of Nodular Goiter and Thyroid Carcinoma

Objective To study CT featuers of nodular goiter and thyroid carcinoma,so as to impove the diagnostic accuracy about thyroid nodules. Methods CT findings of nodular goiter in 30 cases and thyroid carcinoma in 14 eases were analyzed retrospectively.Result In 30 patients with nodular goiter, the lesions manifested on plain scan as swelling thyroid gland with clear margin low-density n0dule,22 cases were multiple nodules, 8 cases were solitary nodule,28 cases were regular shape, 2 eases were irregular shape,nodules concurrent calcification occured inl0 patient, 6 cases were tracheal compression.ln 14 patients with thyroid carcinoma, 6 cases were regular shape, g cases were irregular shape, 12 cases were ill-defined border, 2 cases were clear border,10 cases infiltrated the adjacent structures,2cases were cystic masses,6 cases were fine granular calcifications,6 cases were revealed metastatic lympadenopathy in the neck.Conclusion CT scan is of certain value in diagnosis of nodular goiter and thyroid carcinoma.
