| 摘 要： | 应用遥测、遥控、通讯网络技术，为大型灌区输配水调度管理开发了一种自动监控系统。阐述了该自动监控系统的组成以及数据采集处理、输配水控制、抗干扰和调度管理计算机辅助决策支持系统的实现方案。 |

| Abstract: | Such technologies as remote sensing measurement, remote sensing control, and network com. are used in the water transporting and distributing operation control in irrigation district to realize water transporting and distributing auto monitoring and controlling. This paper deals with the components of this auto monitoring and controlling system, data auto collection and control, anti inference and computer aided decision taking support. |
