摘    要:以GIS系统为平台,建立集信息管理功能、评价预测功能和管理控制功能为一体的动态"库区工程建设诱发工程地质问题风险评估与风险管理系统",实现了对库区新城运行状况返馈信息的实时更新和及时决策,并对工程建设所诱发的地质灾害提出了相应的治理方案.达到为保障库区安全运行提供信息和技术服务的目的.

Abstract:The safety assessment of Three Gorges reservoir assures the accomplishment of emigration work. Based on the Geographical Information System (GIS), The dynamic risk assessment and risk management system of Three Gorges project geohazards induced by the reservoir construction is set up, which is the combination of information management, assessment, prediction, administration and control. It can update the system information, according to the engineering monitor data of the new town, and make the decision to avoid the geohazards. The research can offer the information assuring the safe running and technical service of the reservoir.
