| 摘 要： | 目的：规范临床带教工作,培养德才兼备的护理人员。方法：对近3年所带260名护生进行总结、分析。结果：通过规范的临床带教可以有效的提高护生的学习热情和实习效果。结论：内科临床护理带教在制定适宜的带教计划和教学目标的基础上还需要提高带教老师的自身素质并完善各种带教技巧才能取得事半功倍的效果。

| Abstract: | Objective：To standardize the clinical teaching work, and to cultivate the nurses that have both ability and political integrity. Methods：The data of 260 nursing students who were taught for nearly three years were summarized and analyzed. Results： The standardized clinical teaching can effectively improve nursing students＇ enthusiasm and practical effects. Conclusion： on the basis of formulating appropriate teaching plans and teaching objectives, it also need to improve the teacher＇s own quality and perfect all kinds of teaching skills that the internal medicine clinical nursing teaching can get twice the result with half the effort. |
