儿科学教学中加强实际案例教学的思考

摘    要:目的:适应高等医学教育的发展,提高儿科临床教学质量,改革传统教学模式。方法:采取注重案例教学,增强学生创新意识;理论结合实际,培养学生创新素质;提高教师素质,激发学生学习兴趣;改进考核方式,提高学生动手能力的措施。结果:多种教学方法的改进,即提高了学生对儿科学的学习欲望,又增强了教师工作的积极性,为临床实践和科学研究提供了好的依据。结论:临床实践性教学工作的开展有助于激发学生学习积极性,提高学生临床思维能力、实践操作技能、应用理论知识解决实践问题的能力,值得借鉴、推广和学习。

Abstract:Objective: To adapt to the development of higher medical education, to improve the quality of pediatric clinical teaching and to reform the traditional teaching model. Methods:The adopted measures including focusing on case teaching, enhancing student awareness of innovation, integrating theory with practice, developing students' innova-tive quality, improving teachers' quality, stimulating students' interest in learning, perfecting evaluation methods and improving students' manipulative ability. Results:The improved variety of teaching methods not only improved the stu-dents' desire to learn the Pediatrics, but also enhanced teachers' work enthusiasm, which provided a good basis for clin-ical practice and scientific research. Conclusion:Carrying out the clinical practical teaching work helps to stimulate students' study enthusiasm, to improve students' clinical thinking ability, practical operation skills, the ability of apply-ing theoretical knowledge to solve practical problems, so it is worth reference, promotion and learning.
