真空直读光谱仪对镍基合金中多种元素的测定

摘    要:
应用直读光谱仪直接测定镍基合金中9种合金元素,并对各元素的分析线及测量的分析参数,包括试样制备的要求、校正曲线的拟合等进行了试验和优化.特点是试样制备简单无污染,相对标准偏差(RSD%)在0.35%~9.02%之间.

Abstract:
Direct-reading spectrometry was applied to the determination of alloyed elements in nickel.The analytical lines of the 9 elements determined and the analytical parameters of the determinations,including the requirements of sample preparation,and the fitting of calibration curves,were studied and optimized.The method is characterized by the simplicity in sample preparation and no pollution.Values of relative standard deviation(RSD%)obtained were in the range of 0.35%~9.02%.
