Construction of Information Consulting Service System of Mobile Library in Colleges and Universities

Through contrastive analysis and research on the traditional library information consulting ser?vices and mobile library information consulting service, this paper summarizes the advantages of developing in?formation consulting service in mobile library, expoundsthe content and characteristics of the mobile library in?formation consulting services . From six aspects of users, software and hardware, information consulting plat?form, electronic resources construction, service content and effect and consulting librarians,it also analyzes the constructing elements of information consultating service system, and sets up an information consulting service system model.
