职工代表大会制度的理论问题

职工代表大会制度是基层群众自治制度的基本构成部分,但是对于职工代表大会制度的理解不能局限在企业中管理权力与劳动权利之间关系的层面。本文认为职工代表大会制度是基于一定政治关系形成的,协调工人阶级与国家政权之间关系的国家制度,并从职工代表大会制度的制度定位、政治机理、结构形态、政治空间、政治价值等五个方面,来呈现职工代表大会制度所包含的理论问题,从而拓展职工代表大会制度的研究空间。

THEORY OF THE WORKERS CONGRESS SYSTEM
