农民政治心理对协商民主发展的影响探析

农民的政治心理是影响农民政治参与行为的主要因素,乡村协商民主作为农民参与协商、寻求共识的民主模式,必然离不开农民政治心理的影响。一方面,农民的利益动机、权利意识和包容心理推动着协商民主的发展;另一方面,农民淡漠的政治参与意识、强烈的"功利主义"心理和潜在的"去个体化"心理又阻碍着协商民主的发展。因此,推动协商民主的发展,我们必须普及协商民主教育、规范协商民主制度,并逐步培育出与乡村协商民主发展相匹配的积极的农民政治心理。

So, In order to further pro- mote the development of the deliberative democracy, it is necessary to popularize deliberative democracy education, standardized sys- tem of deliberative democracy, on the basis of gradually developed match the rural deliberative democracy development positive peasant political psychology.
