| Abstract: | This paper analyzes on the components and features of the transaction cost of the modern society, and discusses on the motive power of the finite rational contractors to manage to decrease the transaction cost and further to bring the transaction activities to success, and explains the relation between the transaction cost and the social economic growth, and probes into the social functions of the transaction cost in aspects of promoting the formation of the social order. |
