| 摘 要： | 从外国文教专家的聘请和管理（包括日常生活管理和教学管理）两个方面对如何发挥聘请外国文教专家效益进行了探讨，指出应多方开辟渠道，严格选拔，保证聘请专家的质量；要运用合理合法的手段保证专家和用人单位双方的合法权益，争取获得良好的社会经济效益。

| Abstract: | The caving fully-mechanized mining is a high productive and high efficient mining method. The reliability of fully- mechanized caving system has a direct effect on the production of the caving fully-mechanized face. By analyzing the main factors which effect the reliability of fully-mechanlzed caving system and take some directly effective measures, we can assure the attainment for the high production and high efficiency of caving full-mechanized face. |
