明清云南地区治理思想与治策及其比较

历代统治者对云南边疆地区的经营经历了由浅至深的长期的历史过程。明清时期云南地区得到了大规模开发，这首先是明清统治者对云南边疆地区的重要性有了进一步的认识，随之采取了比较有力的措施，如政治上加大内地化的力度，经济上积极开发，文化上重视儒学的教化作用，通过广泛设立各级学校使以儒学为核心的内地文化逐步向边疆民族地区渗透，从而把云南边疆地区与内地的政治、经济、文化联系提高到一个前所未有的水平。当然，明清对云南地区的经营并不是雷同化的，而是具有鲜明的时代性和显著的阶段性、继承性等特点。

The administration of Yunnan frontier regions underwent a long process from weak to intensified by successive rulers in Chinese history.
