| Abstract: | The author analyses the characteristics of static COMS logic switch,noise,power dissipation and power dissipation delay in A/D combinated integrated circuits.Static CMOS logic is replaced by electricity contol logic,so that low voltage performance can be realized and crest value mixed electricity can be reduced about 3 ordres of manitude. |
