| 摘 要： | 提出了一种结构简单的基于MOCCCII 2单输入单输出电流模式滤波电路。该滤波器电路包含2个有源器件和2个电容,所有电容均接地,便于集成且与VLSI工艺兼容。它可用于通信、电子测量与仪器仪表的信号处理。给出了滤波器的设计实例,PSPICE仿真结果与理论分析相吻合,验证了该方法的可行性。

| Abstract: | The paper presents the twice order low-pass filter circuit with single input and single output based on MOCCCII(current controlled second generation current conveyor with multiple outputs).
