微机监测和调度管理信息系统的综合系统设计

摘    要:随着信息技术的发展,铁路运输管理和设备维修的现代化程度也越来越高,铁路运输管理信息系统(TMIS)、铁路运输调度指挥管理信息系统(DMIS)、微机监测等重大信息工程相继建筑并投入使用,这些系统的构建目标各有侧重,但在原始信息资源和网络特征上有些是兼容(或部分兼容)的,为实现资源共享及各信息系统的互联互通,“二合一”、“三合一”的一体化综合系统已成为当前的主要发展方向,据此提出DMIS和微机监测的综合系统方案,介绍一个已在大同分局开通使用的简单的系统原型,并其实时性进行评估。

Abstract:The modernization of railway traffic management and equipment maintenance has made mighty advances due to the fast development of information technology.Some significant IT projects such as TMIS(traffic management information system),DMIS(dispatching management information system) and microcomputer-based monitoring set were in succession installed and put into use in the past few years.Although these engineering systems were constructed for different aims,they are similar in some network characteristics,e.g. some of their network functions are compatible (or partial compatible)and they all use some same original information resources.In order to realize resource sharing and systems interconnection,it is necessary to build integrated systems such as "2 in 1","3 in 1"ones,and this has become the main stream of the design of large distribution systems.This paper presents the design outline of the integrated system of DMIS and microcomputer-based monitoring set,describes one of its simple prototypes,which is now being used in Datong Railway Ministry Branch.In the last section, the evaluation of the real-time performance of the prototype is given.
